According to the Community Impact Newspaper the TCEQ has cited the Blue Ridge Landfill for nuisance odor violations.  The story states that  more than 1,700 odor complaints were filed with the TCEQ as of Nov. 1. The Pasadena Patch reported that “many of those complaints came from residents in or near the Shadow Creek Ranch, a 3,500 acre master-planned community in Pearland.”

We have represented, and still represent, individuals and families across the country who have lost the use and enjoyment of their property from landfills, and other waste management facilities, who have released hydrogen sulfide and other noxious odors into surrounding residential properties.
